When Will I be charged?

Your card will be processed the on the 1st of each month for the current month. Ex: September 1st charge will be for your September subscription.

When can I expect my first shipment?

Shipments go out between the 5th - 8th of each month.

When can I subscribe

Boxes are open from the 1st - 25th. If you subscribe on the 26th or later, you will receive the next month’s box.

Can I purchase a gift?

During special holidays throughout the year, we offer gift subscriptions

Can I cancel?

YES, anytime! But we know you won’t unless you really have to! In order to not be charged for your next month’s box, be sure to cancel before the 15th of the prior month.

How much is shipping?

We ship first class mail/package so we charge the standard USPS shipping rate of $5. (Note: USPS raised shipping 6% in 2021.)
